We have put together these Terms and Conditions to make sure you understand what is involved once you have become a member of the Post Office® Panel.

Post Office® Panel Membership

  • To become a Post Office® Panel member you must complete and submit the registration questionnaire that is located on the Post Office® Panel homepage or by clicking on "Register".

Confidentiality

  • Post Office® Panel is run by Tpoll, an independent market research agency based in London, U.K.. Please click here to find out more information about Tpoll.
  • Tpoll ensures that the personal details you provide on the registration questionnaire (such as your first name, last name and e-mail address) are held in a secure database that cannot be accessed by anyone not directly involved in managing Post Office® Panel.
  • Any information you provide, either on the registration questionnaire or subsequent questionnaires, is confidential and will not be sent on to any third parties outside of Tpoll and the Post Office®, except in rare cases where you have given your consent to the contrary or where necessary for the analysis of results at an aggregate level.
  • Personal information (e.g. sex, age, income) you provide to us through completing a questionnaire will be reported in aggregate form only by both Tpoll and the Post Office®.
  • You will not be sold or marketed to in any way by the Post Office®, Post Office® Panel, Tpoll, or any other party as a result of information you provide during the time you participate on the Post Office® Panel except in cases where you give specific consent to the contrary.

Cookies

  • Cookies are used sparingly and only for validation and to prevent bothersome repeat surveying.
  • You can configure your Browser to notify you when cookies are being placed on your computer. You can also delete cookies by adjusting your browser settings.
  • Post Office® Panel mostly uses session Cookies which expire as soon as you close your Internet Browser. We only use persistent cookies (up to 1 day) to maintain the state of your questionnaire should you wish to continue where you left off, if you browse away from a survey and wish to continue. This cookie is in no way used for tracking or holding personal information and will be deleted at the end of the questionnaire or 1 day after the start of the questionnaire.

Contact from Post Office® Panel

  • You will receive regular questionnaires as a Post Office® Panel member, however you will never be contacted more than 4 times a month.
  • Your participation on all questionnaires is voluntary and as such you may end your participation at any time.
  • You can unsubscribe from Post Office® Panel at any time by visiting the website at www.postofficepanel.co.uk and following the instructions.
  • As a Post Office® Panel member you may request help from Tpoll with technical or research related queries. Tpoll will only address such queries where a member has specifically requested help. Tpoll will not ask third parties to reply to you on their behalf.

Post Office® Panel General Competition Terms and Conditions

Current competition terms and conditions
  • Prize draws are open to respondents who complete questionnaires prior to the specified date
  • Only one submission per email address will be entered into the draw.
  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants on a date specified in the invitation to take part.
  • The winner will be notified by email. Delivery of the prize will be within 8 weeks of the email.
  • There are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
  • The name of the winners will be posted on the website.
  • The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The promoter is Tpoll Ltd whose registered office is 1 Vincent Square, London.

* Employees of Royal Mail and their immediate families, Tpoll Ltd and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are prohibited from entering.
